COMMERCIAL FACADE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
The Commercial Facade Improvement Program is being offered in 2012 to 60 eligible BIAs.
You may be elidgible for funds to improve the front of your building. Applications will be approved on a "first in/first approved" basis until funds are fully subscribed so please apply early. The application will be available online March 1, 2012 at www.toronto.ca/bia

CHEMTRAC TOOLKIT One of the newest tools available to SMEs in BIAs and across the City is the greenTbiz ChemTRAC Toolkit. As part of ChemTRAC, the Environmental Reporting and Disclosure Bylaw requires facilities and businesses in the Toronto to annually report on the use, manufacture and release of any of the priority substances listed in the bylaw. The toolkit is specifically designed to help businesses track and report the chemicals they use and release to the City's ChemTRAC program.
To work well, the toolkit requires businesses to take overall responsibility for the chemicals they purchase and use. The Toolkit can be found here: http://greentbiz.org/programs/chemtrac/
